Chicago Marathon Training, W6D2: 3 miles
Again with the treadmill. Because I will never ever ever get up early. Except for long runs. Because oy.
Did some faux speedwork, alternating hard 400s with easy-moderate 400s per Racing Weight's suggestion that not all my training be at the same exertion level (duh, Carolyn). Plus it makes those treadmill miles go by hella faster, so.
Forgot to measure my body fat percentage yesterday, so I did it today. And yeah, I don’t really want to talk about it.
