Hoosier Half Marathon Training, W1D2
Hoo lerd, you guys. I don’t know how I forgot that the FIRST paces for speedwork are devilish and I prooooobably need to rethink them. I was literally hanging on to get through these. Blerg and a half.
20 min. warm-up: 1.41 mi.4x400 (7:47 pace, 400 recovery): 2 miles. 19:23 10 min. cool-down: .86 mi.TOTAL: 4.27 miles in 49:23
Don’t worry, I healed my body with garlic tostones and my soul with Andras Schiff playing Bach. Hnnnng on both counts.
